The App synchronizes data from your smart ring accessory to display physical metrics. This data includes, but is not limited to:

Heart rate and pulse data
Sleep duration and sleep patterns
Steps count, active minutes, and fitness statistics

All health, fitness, and biometric data processed by this App is stored and processed strictly and exclusively locally on your mobile device. We do not host any cloud infrastructure, and we have no access to your data.

2. Device Permissions

To function properly and interact with your smart ring, the App requires certain system permissions. When these permissions are requested, they are used solely for the following purposes:

Bluetooth Permissions (BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT): Required to search for, pair with, and maintain a wireless connection with your smart ring hardware to sync data.
Location Services: Required by the Android/iOS operating system to perform Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning. We do not track, record, or upload your physical location or GPS data.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Since we do not collect or upload any of your information to the cloud, we do not share, sell, trade, or rent your personal data, health metrics, or device statistics to any third-party companies, advertisers, or analytics providers.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Because our App does not collect or transmit any data from the device, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

5. International Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

We fully respect your data privacy rights under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Data Control: Because all data remains strictly on your physical device, you have absolute ownership and control over your data.
Data Deletion: You can permanently delete all your health history and application data at any time simply by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App from your mobile device.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for statutory compliance. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting the updated text on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
